• Prize Award and Conditional Rights:
• Conditional Award: The Prize Package is awarded on a strictly conditional basis. Your selection as a winner does not grant you any unconditional right to the Prize Package or its components.
• The Condition Precedent: The final award of the Prize Package is subject to a Condition Precedent: you must obtain a valid travel visa from the relevant authorities. You will not be entitled to any right, title, or interest in any prize package until this condition is fully satisfied.
• Entitlement of Ticket Rights: The Prize Package is only legally granted and confirmed after the Condition Precedent has been met. Until then, you hold no vested right to the travel package and have no claim to its delivery, substitution, or cash value.
• Forfeiture: If the Condition Precedent is not satisfied for any reason, the Prize Package is automatically forfeited and becomes null and void.
• No Claim or Remedy: By participating, you agree that you shall have no claim for performance, damages, or any other remedy, should the Prize Package be forfeited for failure to satisfy the Condition Precedent.
