Terms and Conditions for Arab Bank e-channels Campaign:

Descriptions

  • E-Channels services mentioned in the campaign are ATM, Arabi Online and Arabi Mobile
  • Financial transactions performed on the E-Channels services are Online Cash Deposit transactions on ATMs, transfers (between the client accounts, to other Arab bank client, another bank within the same country or to banks abroad) and credit card payments.
  • Gift vouchers are pre-paid vouchers by the bank to a third party, for or example (not limited to) gift vouchers for restaurants, shopping, children's gaming centers, and more.

Terms and Conditions for Arab Bank e-channels Campaign:

  1.  This Campaign runs from the 1st of August to the 31st of December 2015
  2. Eligible customers are individual(s) who are subscribed (existing and new) to E-channels service(s) and who are performing financial transactions (at least one transactions) during the campaign duration
  3. During the campaign Arab Bank offers eligible customers a chance to win one monthly prize:

    - One I-phone 6 
    - One I-pad Air 
    - Four voucher worth 700 EGP from Alshaya group or accommodation from one of the Starwood hotels
  4. The prizes will be distributed on monthly basis during the first week of each month according to the highest number of transactions starting 1st of July 2015
  5. The prizes will be distributed as below:

    - The issuance of new debit card and subscription to Arabi Online and Arabi Moblie with highest number of usage
    - Highest number of Online Cash Deposit transactions on ATMs/BNAs (direct cash deposit)
    - Highest number of Arabi Online &/or Arabi Mobile Fund Transfers Between accounts
    - Highest number of Arabi Online Fund Transfers Between AB accounts
    - Highest number of Arabi Online Fund Transfers To other banks
    - Highest number of Arabi Online Fund Transfers To bank abroad
    - Highest number of Credit card payments

  6. In each month during the campaign, previous collected points will be removed and the customer will start collecting new chances based on the point’s collection criteria.
  7. Bank records regard the collected points are final and not questionable, were clients can not object or request for auditing. However, customers can request a query for the monthly collected points after the end of the campaign by submitting it through bank branch(s) or Customer Contact Center.
  8. Delinquent and black listed customers are excluded from the monthly draws
  9. Each Customer may win only once during the campaign
  10. The prizes are not transferable under any circumstances
  11. Arab Bank reserves the right to amend the campaign’s terms and conditions at any time and as it deems appropriate by announcing it in the means which the bank finds to be appropriate.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to stop the campaign partially or totally at any time and without announcing the reasons by announcing it in the means which the bank finds it to be appropriate.
  13. The bank has the right to announce the winners in the means which the bank finds to be appropriate, thus the bank will inform the winners through communication channels which the bank finds to be appropriate.
  14. Prizes are subject to the tax law and provisions in the territory where the prize is delivered.
